Our projects are rooted in community-led regeneration and a commitment to making access to high-quality work experience more equitable.
Together, this means practical work that delivers visible change while giving young people responsibility, experience and a real sense of ownership in the places they live.
How it works

Revive Croydon CIC partners with local schools and colleges to identify talent with skills in construction, administration, design, IT and more.

Ranging from local government to SMEs to charities, our young people will complete supervised industry-standard tasks for the benefit of Croydon and its people

We aspire to make our changes tangible, visible and memorable interventions in Croydon’s communities and built environment - leaving our young people upskilled, trained and with work they can proudly look back on for years to come
